CNME x Demon Zhang

In May 2024, Demon Zhang, the then Design and Creative Director of MITHRIDATE, led a collaboration between the brand, the design media Wallpaper*, and the China Nationalities Museum. This collaboration was featured in the "Traditional@Modern" exhibition at the Yunnan Provincial Museum in Kunming, China. The fourth gallery of the exhibition showcased MITHRIDATE's 2024 Spring/Summer ready-to-wear collection and accessories. In addition, Demon Zhang presented fashion art pieces inspired by the "Zhuang ethnic bird dress," specially designed for the exhibition. After the exhibition ended, all three pieces were permanently collected by the China Nationalities Museum.
